Cancellation Policy

Please help us maintain our high standard of service by arriving at your scheduled time. This scheduled time for your service is exclusively booked for you to receive the Royal Treatment.

If you are running late over 5-10 minutes you will need to call and provide notice.

Unfortunately, clients who are late may have there treatment compromised or cancelled (we hate doing this).

Due to high demand we do require 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments to accommodate our wait list.

If you confirm your appointment and do not show up without notice you will be charged a cancellation fee.

We understand events do arise and you may not be able to attend the appointment, this will be up to RCA’s discretion.

All deposits are non refundable, and non transferable however can be used towards another RCA service.
